Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts must be prepared according to the Author Guidelines available on the journal’s website. All manuscripts should be submitted online through the secure portal at Submit Manuscript.

Submissions should include a cover letter, ethical approval (if applicable), authorship declaration, and conflict of interest statement.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by editorial board members and sent for double-blind peer review. Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and ethical neutrality. Authors can expect an initial decision within 2–3 weeks of submission.

Open Access and Licensing

IJCAR publishes under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0). This means that authors retain copyright while allowing readers to reuse and redistribute their work, provided appropriate credit is given.

Publication Fee and Waiver Policy

The journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support open access dissemination. However, fee waivers or discounts are available for authors from low-income countries as per our Waiver Policy.

Can I suggest reviewers?

Yes, authors may suggest 2–3 independent reviewers during submission. The final selection remains at the editor’s discretion.

Is there a word limit?

Original research articles should not exceed 5,000 words (excluding references). Short communications are limited to 2,000 words.
