Introduction
The International Journal of Clinical Anesthesia and Research (IJCAR) supports self-archiving and open dissemination of scholarly work. Authors are encouraged to deposit their manuscripts in institutional or subject-based repositories, consistent with the journal’s Open Access Policy and Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).

Permitted Versions for Archiving
Authors may deposit different versions of their work in repositories as described below:

When depositing in repositories, authors must ensure:
- Full citation of the final published article in IJCAR.
- Inclusion of the DOI and journal URL (www.anesthesiaresjournal.com).
- Statement of licensing terms: “This work is licensed under CC BY 4.0.”
Copyright and License Compliance
Articles published under CC BY 4.0 can be freely distributed, reused, and shared with appropriate credit to the original author and publisher. IJCAR ensures authors retain copyright of their work.

Author Responsibilities
- Ensure that deposited versions match those permitted by IJCAR.
